Terms and Conditions

All sales on this website are tentative until fulfilled and shipped. Shipping is FOB from the warehouse.
Products may be unavailable due to industry shortages or manufacturing schedules. You will be notified of any such instances.
All products will be shipped within one day of your order being processed.
Orders will be shipped through either UPS, FedEx or USPS at the seller's discretion.
Any special arrangements for expedited shipping must be arranged prior to the order by contacting customerservice@thetennis.store and will incur an additional fee.
Returns may or may not be accepted depending on the specifics of the order and the nature of the return. All return requests must be submitted in writing to customerservice@thetennis.store within 30 days of the order date.
